Nestled in the middle of nature, the place felt like a little retreat. The staff were friendly and the Minas‑style dishes were spot on, so I didn’t mind paying a bit more. The owner was especially attentive, checking in often and making sure everything ran smoothly.

The owners and employees were genuinely warm, which made the first impression really pleasant. Unfortunately, the room itself left a lot to be desired—the bed was stiff and the space felt cramped. It’s hard to recommend when the sleeping area isn’t comfortable.

The staff welcomed us warmly, and the fishing lake plus the crisp, cool air added a nice touch to the stay. Breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch and dinner were all delicious, especially the dinner plates. The only real drawback was the bathroom: a stone tub with no shower enclosure or curtain, and in some rooms the curtains let water splash out onto the floor.
