The spot is pretty, great, and central. The two rooms were spacious, perfect for friends sharing (not a couple). The owner was helpful and let us check in earlier at no extra cost.

The owners are a lovely brother and sister who were very friendly and delightful. Breakfast was light and nice, featuring a spread of bread, pastries, and meat, and they made coffee on request and scrambled eggs.

The location was excellent, close to the Rialto Bridge but on a quiet side street. The room was spacious and beautiful, and the bathroom was also roomy and pleasant. The breakfast was more than satisfying and served graciously - it was a lovely way to start the day. The owners were so welcoming that their hospitality deserves a special mention. We arrived with high expectations given the high rating, and they were fully met. The place is perfect for anyone who prefers cozy accommodations with a homey feel and personal touch over the detachment of large hotels

“Excellent property in a wonderful location close to Realto Bridge.”

The location is very good for exploring Venice. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well presented overall. Elena was a fantastic host—she gave a warm welcome and useful information. Breakfast was very good, and Elena took great care of us in the morning.
