“Comfortable room with friendly staff and lovely breakfast - great location for Sigiriya Rock!”

Really lovely, welcoming team - easy to communicate with before arrival, and made sure we were comfortable and arranged breakfast around our trip to climb Sigiriya Rock. The room had a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent and we got to try all the organic fruit that they were growing within their land! We decided to have dinner there as we were only staying one night, which was also delicious. The water pressure wasn't the best but understandable given the location

“Soggiorno eccezionale”

The place sits in a quiet garden where the only sounds are animals; every plant is used for juice or cooking the food they serve. I strongly recommend staying for dinner and enjoying the excellent breakfasts. Prabash is a wonderful host who genuinely cares about showing you the best of the city. Ajith is friendly and kind, guiding us to the most authentic spots focused on meditation and simple pleasures. They took us around the city in their tuk‑tuk, so we had no trouble and got the best price. Prabash also organized a safari to see elephants, which was beautiful with many animals. The room had air conditioning, comfy beds, and ample space, plus a bathroom fully equipped. They can also arrange cooking classes that add value with Prabash’s kitchen. Prabash arranged all our days while we were there.

“Un soggiorno che consigliamo assolutamente a chi cerca un posto tranquillo, autentico e lontano dal turismo più caotico,”

We stayed three nights at this gorgeous villa near Sigiriya and felt very comfortable. The property is surrounded by a lovely orchard with coconut palms, mango and avocado trees, creating a very peaceful and relaxing environment. The room was spacious and simple but had everything needed. We especially appreciated the hot water, which is hard to find at other places we’ve stayed in Sri Lanka. Owner Prabash and his assistant Ajith were exceptional—always friendly, helpful and caring. They gave us plenty of useful tips for planning our days and visiting key sights like Dambulla and Polonnaruwa, and helped us arrange a fantastic safari in Hurulu National Park where we were lucky to see many elephants. They were also ready to give us a ride in their legendary tuk‑tuk, and during the trips they offered valuable explanations and advice about the places we visited. That personal touch made the stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen deserves a mention: we enjoyed great breakfasts and dinners made with fresh, genuine ingredients, mostly sourced directly from their garden.

“Tuyệt vời”

The owner and staff were fantastic. They were very enthusiastic throughout my stay. Especially the food they made was delicious and very organic. I remember the welcome drink of orange juice made from oranges freshly picked in the garden. It was wonderful.
