The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the rooftop dining area was brilliant. The only downside was a crying baby in the next room that woke us at all hours, though that wasn’t really the hotel’s fault.

The location was very good, with many attractions within walking distance, and the breakfast was fine with a little variety each day (cakes, fruit.). The staff were very nice and attentive. The bathroom needs renovation; we found mold in the shower and stains on a cushion. The Wi‑Fi was not good.

It was very, very clean! The staff were very helpful in every way, especially Koray and the lovely cleaner on the 2nd floor. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, close to all major tourist spots and good restaurants. The staff were extremely cordial and helpful, the property was renovated, and overall it was very good.

It’s in an excellent location, right in the core of Istanbul, with everything nearby. We had an amazing breakfast, and the staff were excellent and very welcoming. We were glad to learn upon arrival that our room had been upgraded to a suite—that was nice. The elevator is too small, but that was not too inconvenient.
