I stayed in a single room on the fifth floor; it had a standing mirror instead of the horizontal one shown in the photo. When I asked, they said there was a fridge, but there wasn’t, so we had to keep our keys in an external locker. The room was high up, giving a view of the river, and the lock was a key, not a card. The old AC unit could use a small fan because the water pressure was strong. Inside the room was clean; outside it was dusty and messy because the staff didn’t prepare it for guests. The night shift staff were not enthusiastic, didn’t greet us even with a single glance or a smile, and when I asked about parking, they answered with a flat, annoyed voice as if they were being bothered by my question.
