“Nerekomenduoju”
We arrived in Kaunas for one night, not expecting anything special, and the stay was far from what we hoped for. The check‑in time is 15:00, and when we arrived later the room was still being prepared, sometimes we had to wait. Once we got in, an unpleasant smell hit us, and the worst was the stench of the toilet, which was worse than the outdoor toilet smell. The room couldn’t be ventilated at night—no windows were opened and the AC didn’t work. The cleaning service and the noise from the other rooms were also lacking at night. I can’t recommend this four‑star place to anyone.
The mother was good… the restaurant isn’t far, huge bonus… but it does bother a bit that the sauna is next to it.

There was nothing good to mention, and I found no coffee, no sugar, only two bags of tea, and the shower water was empty.
The hotel itself isn’t bad at all – the room was clean, tidy, and suitable for a single night. However, the night experience was tragic. The hotel hosted a very noisy party: raucous music in the corridors, children shouting, doors constantly banging. The worst part was that at night they kept banging on our room door and trying to get inside. There was no talk of normal sleep or quiet rest. A hotel accepting guests for a stay should at least ensure basic peace and safety at night. It’s a shame that the room and cleanliness left a good impression, but such a night ruined the entire stay.
I stayed in a tidy room and could grab breakfast at the downstairs café, where the food was tasty and service quick, but at night I could hear neighbors coming back.
