The bathroom water has a terrible smell, even though there is a shower area. It’s a very bad situation.

The location is superb (Bikini Beach just a few minutes away), communication with the host was good, and check‑in and check‑out went smoothly. We were even picked up and dropped off by a speed‑boat with our heavy luggage. During the stay, the water had a strong sulfur smell, but the host or staff fixed it.

I liked the island, it’s very quiet and free of tourists. The room was fine and the internet was good. However, the fees and taxes are heavily charged and not clearly reflected. The room is reasonably priced, but when it came time to pay, I was charged almost the same amount as the room plus municipal taxes. The shower water smells very bad. Breakfast is somewhat poor.

A good guesthouse at a modest price! All amenities are present and functional. The island is small and cozy, surrounded by beautiful nature. I recommend it for solitude and quiet relaxation. The ocean around the island is lively; be sure to bring coral shoes and a diving mask.

The location is perfect for enjoying the beach and snorkeling, although Dhidhdhoo is very small and nothing is far on the island. The extra costs that appear on the bill (municipal and environmental taxes) are not warned about at the time of booking. Payment is made through AISHA, a Maldives platform, instead of being charged directly on Booking. Breakfast is poor: a fried egg and toast with a jar of jam and another of butter, plus instant coffee. Tap water has a strong odor. During the seven days I stayed there was no room service, no cleaning, no change of sheets or towels. My room had no windows.
