“Would not recommend this place!”

The staff were friendly and the area was gritty, yet there were plenty of dining options—most were Arabic or Middle Eastern, but the German spot and the Italian trattoria were outstanding. At check‑in, the desk clerk couldn't locate my reservation, the TV was broken, and I had to inform three different staff members; the TV stayed broken for all four days with no compensation from management. The shower doors were poorly fitted, causing leaks and flooding the floor every time I showered, and even after reporting it, nothing was fixed.

Breakfast was delicious, the beds were very comfortable, and check‑in was quick. The setting was quiet and the city center was easily walkable; the main train station was also close. However, the beds were only made late at night, the staff seemed lazy, and when the room cards didn't work at arrival we had to keep using a spare key up and down. The surroundings of the property are very unique.
