Florin, the owner, was ready to hand you a cold beer with a grin, as if that was his whole joy. He was also quick to fix any bug or problem that fell into the pool or elsewhere. The atmosphere was very relaxed, and his wife (we assume) was equally kind and helpful. It was the best place – we even tried a 5‑star hotel, but at Florin’s we felt far more welcome, so we extended our stay. Their English is terrible at best, but that doesn’t matter when life is so easy. Thanks for having us. The only downside: air‑conditioning is only in the more expensive rooms, so watch out for that.

The owners were incredibly friendly, and the room itself was lovely, complete with a balcony and a fridge. The grounds were beautiful, featuring swimming pools—though we didn’t get to use them because of the weather. Dining options were available and convenient.

The owners’ hospitality was top‑class, and the leisure facilities—pool, jacuzzi, billiards, and ping‑pong—were all excellent. The food was delicious, and everything was kept clean and tidy.
