A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location, excellent spa with a large pool, decent breakfasts, and a private garage with charging for electric cars. The staff are incredibly responsive and react immediately to any questions that arise during your stay.

“A wonderful stay at Hotel Bor by Karisma – Zlatibor”

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Bor by Karisma in Zlatibor, and it is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The hotel is ideally located in Zlatibor, within convenient distance of the town centre and its main attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore everything Zlatibor has to offer while still enjoying a comfortable and relaxing stay at the hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent, with fantastic restaurants, a cigar bar, and a beautiful spa and wellness centre offering plenty of options for relaxation. The spa is particularly impressive, with a wide range of amenities to enjoy. It can get a little crowded at certain times, but this does not take away from the overall experience. Our room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with a lovely view of the mountains. Everything was well maintained, and the room provided the perfect atmosphere to unwind after a day spent exploring Zlatibor. The hotel was beautifully maintained and had a wonderful, pleasant fragrance throughout, which added an extra touch of luxury and made the entire atmosphere feel even more welcoming from the moment we walked in. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The selection was varied, the food was delicious, and everything was fresh and appetising. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional hospitality and friendliness of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. A particularly thoughtful touch was finding a lovely birthday cake in our room for my husband. This small but meaningful gesture made the occasion even more special and showed great attention to detail and care for the guests. We would definitely recommend it and would be very happy to return. A perfect choice for a relaxing escape in Zlatibor! The hotel also offers convenient garage parking, which is a great advantage for guests travelling by car. However, considering that there are very limited alternative parking options in the area, I believe parking should be included in the room rate for hotel guests rather than charged separately. The current fee of approximately €10 per started day is not excessive, but complimentary parking would certainly be a more thoughtful benefit and would further enhance the overall guest experience.

“An exceptional stay in a beautiful hotel where everything exceeded our expectations — we can’t wait to come back!”

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth and friendliness. The rooms and the Wellness & Spa facilities were very clean, and the entire hotel was beautifully maintained. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The food was also excellent. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at — an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish!. There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Breakfast was wonderful, including a dish on order. The pool is stunning, the view is perfect, and the value is excellent. We were disappointed by the Japanese restaurant. Smoking is allowed there, and the smoke was very annoying. Smoking is forbidden on the first floor. Dinner was good and pleasant.
