“Breakfast was terrible.., it was cold….”
The staff and customer service were top‑class, but a cockroach appeared in the bathroom and the meals went cold for two consecutive days.

The staff were kind and approachable, and the entire hotel was spotless, not just the rooms.

Staff are polite and always helpful. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Our request to have 2 rooms closed to each other was not considered. Literally separate wing locations. So kids have to walk longer just to get something. Also, room is not sound proof. I can hear all chaos outside and disrupts my sleep
