The space was very nice and clean including the pool. The rule about stains it makes the stay a little uncomfortable

Hot running water any time of the day. Clean sheets Comfortable bed Beautiful decor Beautiful outdoor living space. At first were not allowed to use the kitchen and pots but they did not specify on app that kitchen is off limit. They said after two days they were gonna come clean the room but they never did They said no eating in the room but we found some traces of food from previous people who booked the room and we Witness people carrying food to their room after warming it up and nobody said anything

Only the beds,the mattress was petfection. The misrepresentation,what you read on their site is not what you get at all

Nothing, the place looks like an outdated cheap saloon, clustered congested rooms are smaller than standard bathroom side you literally touch wall to wall, poor ventilation funky smell. Rude, inconsiderate staff, greedy unhelpful staff just running around. I booked a standard room, on my arrival waited 30min on the gate with no help when they finally open I was told the room I booked is not available and must make another R950 for Duluxe Room and I must take the issue with and it is non of their business, POOR POOR customer service. Rendered by unfriendly bad looking staff
