The staff were really friendly, which was a plus, but there were a bunch of things that didn't work for me - no kettle in the room, the bed was super hard and uncomfortable, and I had to ask multiple times for a towel. Oh, and the room was totally not soundproof, so I could hear everyone walking by and kids making a racket in the hallway super early in the morning. And to top it off, one of the housekeepers was kinda rude when I asked for help.
