The room was lovely, the location excellent, and it was quiet. I didn’t know it was a lock‑box property and hadn’t received any instructions beforehand, so when I arrived it took a while to find a cleaner who helped me get into the room. Knowing this ahead of time would have been helpful.

The hotel was recently renovated and conveniently located. It was well spaced and well maintained. We had an issue with the air conditioning, and once we spoke to staff they attended to it immediately. We would suggest using a bathroom mat that isn’t worn out, and we would prefer a better sound‑proof door. The location is great but close to the centre, so it can get noisy. We would also like clearer instructions for check‑in and check‑out.
