The location is the best part of this booking; you’re minutes from both the local Chuo line and the Yamanote line, making it extremely easy to get around Tokyo. The furniture in the room feels a bit outdated and could be replaced, and the windows in my room were blocked off, which I think is true for all first‑floor rooms.

It’s very close to Shinjuku and also inexpensive. The only issue was that the first door’s opening mechanism was a little confusing.

The place sits in a great spot and you can get there with ease, though the rooms are small and a little dirty.
