How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
There is a parking area (the entrance is on the back street, which could have been mentioned to guests). It is very expensive for what it offers (poor value for money). The breakfast is very simple. The bed is uncomfortable. The hotel was quite empty and they could have put us on a higher floor because there was a paving renovation right in front of the building. The service was bad. I didn’t enjoy the experience and would not stay again.

The staff were polite, especially Estefânia, but the Wi‑Fi signal was very weak in the hotel area where I stayed, apartment 108.

The staff were helpful, the room space was fine, and the beds and room were clean. Because of a basic sanitation project, access from the front of the hotel, which is on Avenida Beira Mar, is blocked. The shower was very poor, so I had to change rooms. The toilet flush takes too long. Breakfast only offered coffee, milk, and French bread, all looking “reused” and stale. Unfortunately…

I didn’t like the service, the breakfast was incomplete, and I was upset about the reception. The bathroom, soap, and the reception’s habit of leaving the key there every time I left were all issues, plus a thin blanket.

The breakfast was decent, the beds were comfortable, and the air‑conditioning cooled very well even though it was noisy. The place could use some modernization.
