Good breakfast, clean room and bathroom. It’s very basic, and the price feels too high for Swiss standards given the facilities.

Nestled in the Ursern Valley near the Oberalp and Gotthard passes, Gasthaus Skiklub sits 100 m from the Andermatt‑Gemsstock cable car. Individually furnished rooms offer free Wi‑Fi, cable TV, mineral water, and private parking. The rustic restaurant serves Italian and Swiss dishes, including multiple fondues. Sunny terrace, ski storage, and proximity to ski school and cross‑country trail enhance alpine convenience.

Very nice décor and spacious room. The room equipment was a bit outdated.

Nice location and bike storage. Breakfast was lovely. Too expensive. They should promote their own restaurant with a discount for guests.

The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, but it only started at 8 am, so we’d have liked to leave earlier. The hotel is centrally located yet quiet, though the building is somewhat drafty – typical of a cozy old structure, so that’s to be expected. Dining in the restaurant was fantastic; the Italian‑styled chef excels at both traditional Swiss dishes and Italian cuisine.

Location and breakfast were good. The bathroom was on the hallway and there was no air conditioning.
