“Matig, maar erg goed ontbijt”
Breakfast was very good. It was very noisy, especially early in the morning (before 6 am) with loud and long conversations.

The hotel was dirty, rooms and windows were dirty, there was a lot of noise, the rooms you were given had last‑used sheets from other guests, and there were no skylights, just windows. The noise and hygiene were bad.

The Hotel Huaraz staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and pleasant, and the shower had good hot water. Breakfast was solid, the shared kitchen was convenient, and the wifi, rooms, and kitchen facilities all worked well. The location was spot‑on, and the place was unusually quiet compared to a typical hotel. We spent two weeks in Huaraz, stopping at Hotel Huaraz between hikes, and they also arrange tours at the best prices. Nothing to complain about.

Nice and clean hostel. The staff, Willy and Yanela, were very friendly and always around if you had any questions. From arrival to departure they did everything possible to make my stay perfect. The breakfast was great! Hot water piping, Yanela was helpful with all my requests. On my last day after checking out, I returned from my trekking and they allowed me to take a shower without charging me. Location is near Plaza das Armas. They also recommended a great restaurant El Fogón that is just one block from the hotel. Nothing comes to mind.

They gave us rooms ahead of time because we were feeling ill. We could leave our luggage while on the trip, and after the trip, even though we didn’t have a room, we were still able to use the bathroom and shower.
