I loved the views from the balcony and the staff; the ladies were always ready to help with breakfast and toiletries, etc. However, there was no elevator, so we had to climb the stairs to the 3rd or 4th floor with our luggage, which felt like a heavy workout given our lack of acclimation to high altitude. It would also be nice to have a larger bed option and to move the reception away from the room entrance. Aside from those issues, it was an amazing experience.
The moon looked beautiful in the room.
The reservation process was excellent, and everything else was just okay for me.

The hotel was very beautiful, with great panoramic windows and outdoor terraces offering a fantastic mountain view! The staff were very friendly, likable, and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty. The facilities with a whirlpool and lighting installations were original and lovely. The value for money was excellent. We recommend the hotel without reservation! The location is a bit outside Tarma; a taxi from Tarma costs 1.50 Soles per person and is absolutely hassle‑free.
Yakusi was good, but there were insects.
