The evening male staff member who checked me in and the morning female staff member were excellent; both helped adjust my reservation for a friend with accessibility needs and offered an upgrade that made the stay much more comfortable. They genuinely wanted to make our stay pleasant, so I’d stay here again.

The place was tidy and the staff were very understanding and helpful. The hot tub was overrun by kids, so I couldn’t enjoy it with all the yelling, screaming, and crying at all hours, the kids running up and down the halls, and food left in the pool area – very disappointing.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I especially loved the warm cinnamon rolls and the peanut butter and cream cheese on my bagel, plus plenty of fresh fruit like apples and bananas. Most of the time we couldn’t get a banana because the hotel didn’t keep enough on hand and they ran out.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The lounge offered a range of relaxed seating options, and the breakfast area was well organized and maintained. Fresh ground coffee was an unexpected bonus, and they had a variety of food and drinks for purchase. The staff were helpful and accommodating. My room was spacious, cozy, and clean. The only thing I didn’t like that the staff could control was that other guests were a bit loud at times, but it wasn’t enough to complain about.

The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, and I felt safe. The staff seemed distracted and didn’t seem to listen to me. I asked about the “free” parking, only to be told I’d have to pay an extra fee. The advertisement was misleading, which is frustrating.
