I was told the key would be ready at 5 pm, but it actually arrived after 5 pm; the staff waited and handled the situation. The room smelled strongly of mildew, the slippers were worn out and dirty, and the shower suddenly turned to scalding hot water that almost burned my scalp. I had informed the front desk the day before that checkout would be around 7 pm, yet the office key was locked; I had to call the manager on the spot to learn where the key was, showing a clear lack of coordination.

The location was great. However, the humidifier didn’t work and the mats were noticeably dirty.
