“Aceptable y económico”

Good room, quiet and spacious. Unfortunately there was no Wi‑Fi. They promised to fix it, but during my stay I didn’t have the service.

“Worst stay”

I was disappointed by the staff’s attitude and behavior. On the last day I asked for a late check‑out and paid an extra $40 for a 2 pm departure, yet I arrived at 157 pm to find the room empty. The staff and a caged dog were dumped downstairs, and the on‑duty team tried to shift blame, claiming we hadn’t paid. Even when I showed them a screenshot of the payment receipt, they insisted we were 10 minutes late—though the time was 207 pm when I arrived, and those 10 minutes were actually spent running to the room and frantically searching for the dog while waiting for answers. The dog and belongings were left in the laundry room floor, which was unacceptable customer service. They never apologized or took responsibility. During my stay I also misplaced my room key, and after searching under the bed I discovered how filthy the floor was, making it hard to sleep. I hope they clean up for future guests.

The bed was comfortable and the location was good, but the staff were not very friendly at check‑in. The pool was filthy, with dirty water that wasn’t just blown off by trees.
