The staff were very friendly and the house felt welcoming. There was a bit of noise at night because of the road nearby and trucks could be heard. My room faced the road.

The location was beautiful, the common room upstairs offered great views, the lobby had a fireplace, the staff were helpful and kind, and the beds were comfortable.

It was an amazing place to be fully yourself; I literally had the space to myself. I love the property at the edge of the Chimborazo volcano. The staff were friendly and helpful. Marco did a great job preparing my meals during my stay. Their animals were cute and pleasant to have around. I was grateful they gave me a portable heater since it was 46 °F at night. Nothing to say.

The stay was fine, everything worked out. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly overall. The only downside was that it could have been better insulated from the cold.
