The room was really nice and the bed was very comfy, but everything seemed good.

Breakfast was good, a little disappointed that there wasn’t any black pudding. Location was spot on. Nothing

The location was great, the atmosphere and decor were very nice, there was direct entry from the train station, the lifts were secure to all floors, the King suite was very spacious and included a complimentary mini‑bar with alcohol, fizzy pop, and water, and the cooling/heating system worked well; overall I was very happy to have stayed at this hotel. However, I had to pay for drinks at the bar when we usually have them charged to the room, there was no table service, and the room doors were heavy and clumsy.
