The staff were helpful, but the shuttle’s start time was 4 pm.

The bar service was terrible—no real waiters and no manager reaction when we pointed it out. The food at the bar and restaurant was low quality. The old pool smelled of chlorine like it was 30 years old. The air conditioning stank. Cleaning was sloppy and done at different times.

Westin guarantees good service, cleanliness, and comfort. It's well located. The restaurant service was very slow.

I loved the pool and the workout area with its floor‑to‑ceiling windows, plus the oven, microwave, and the amazing drip coffee inside. It was a shame there was no breakfast buffet, the windows wouldn’t open and the locks felt cheap, though the location was great—walking to Oxford Market for wine and oysters was fantastic.
