The receptionist was pleasant. The shower delivered good pressure and hot water. The place is within walking distance of the city center. The A/C unit in the room was broken. The elevator is tiny. Parking is farther from the reception than expected, and driving to the hotel is a hassle.

This is a great little place in the heart of the city, and it's predominantly used by workers, so it's nice and quiet. However, I think they could do with a bit of a tidy-up - the cleanliness was just a bit lacking.

The view from my room on the 5th floor was stunning, overlooking the river and city center. The new furniture and comfortable bed made it feel like home. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive, and I appreciated the elevator. My only gripe was that the room could have been a bit larger.
