How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place was clean, organized, and modern with no odd smells or bugs, and the AC worked well—definitely staying here again when I’m in the area. I’ll bring my own pillow next time because theirs isn’t comfy 😅.

The location was perfect for our needs; breakfast isn’t offered at this motel, but there’s a fridge and a microwave in the room. Our room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had grab bars in the shower and by the toilet—ideal for my husband, who is handicapped. The walk‑in shower was excellent, and we appreciate that there are no carpets. The only thing we missed was coffee in the morning.

It felt like my room wasn’t cleaned—there was rotten food in the microwave, and the bed was itchy all night. Asking for a smoking room doesn’t mean it should be dirty. I didn’t enjoy my stay at all. Terrible.

We only liked the shower and the blue lights over the bed; the rest was awful—slippery floors, a fridge that needed replacing with broken and rusting shelves, and the lights were left on during checkout, forcing us to bathe and dress in the dark.

The place was very clean, parking was available, and the room was spacious and newly renovated, but the location was far from downtown Houston, so we had to drive or take an Uber to get around.
