“Very convenient location and everyone is nice”
First and foremost, the location is excellent! It’s right next to the Piazza, so there are plenty of shops and restaurants/cafes nearby, and it’s a reasonable distance from the archaeological park. The family that owns the place is wonderful and sweet; they were very attentive to our needs and I am very grateful to them. The hotel is a renovated apartment, so entry is untraditional: you need to get a code (given by the owner) to enter the building. Once inside, you receive a key card and things get much easier. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. Breakfast is a voucher for two cafés downstairs; it’s not really worth it. I just went to the café and ordered something.
The location is in the heart of Pompeii, close to train, bus, and attractions. The apartment had a charming balcony where we could sit and enjoy a light meal or a drink while admiring the cathedral and Piazza Bartolo Longo.
“The property was great value for money. Everything you needed for the location and in the evening it was beautiful to dr”
The hotel sits in an excellent spot, and honestly, there’s nothing to complain about. The only hiccup was the lack of a lift and a pretty steep staircase, but that was fine for us.
The room is spacious and the host is extremely pleasant and friendly. They welcomed us cordially and were also attentive when we checked out.
“Einfach nur perfekt!”
The accommodation was incredibly beautiful, the best we had in Italy! From the balcony you get a fantastic view, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the beds were comfortable, and the location could not have been better! The outlet is within walking distance, there are great restaurants and an ice cream shop in the same building. If we ever travel to Pompeii again, I would definitely book this place again! Nothing negative – everything was great.
