“Decepcionante”

The hotel had access to Terra Mítica. We were given the room very late on the day of arrival, there was no parking space, and we were charged for parking inside, only to have the fee refunded later. Many people parked in the underground without paying or notifying reception. There was a long line at breakfast to get in. On the day we left, cleaning staff entered at 10 am, even though guests could stay until 12 pm and breakfast ran until 12:30 pm. The pools were not functioning.

The pool and outdoor area were great, and it was very close to Terra Mítica. It was far from Benidorm. The bed was great, but the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The room on the lower floor had no coverage, and the TV didn’t work.

“Me esperaba más de este hotel, ha sido una desilusión”

The spot’s great if you’re heading to Terra Mítica, but the sofa‑bed rooms were a nightmare—super uncomfortable and unnecessary when you’re paying for four people; that’s not a perk, it’s a problem. The staff was thin, so we queued for almost an hour and a half at both breakfast and dinner. Total mess.

“Muy bien todo”

Un hotel precioso. Todo muy limpio y bonito. El personal de 10! Desayuno muy completo!. Era un día de muchísima gente y había una cola larguísima (de 1 hora) para entrar al comedor del desayuno. Una vez dentro era un caos. Los camareros no daban a basto
