“Quiet, comfortable, and soon to revisit”
The furniture in the room was updated and very well kept, the TV worked like new, and the bed was clean. This area is known for hotels with plumbing problems and roaches, but I didn’t encounter either. I stayed two nights with zero complaints. The maintenance staff were super friendly and in a great mood both days, and they didn’t wake you up with obnoxious and excessive door knocking like the staff at other hotels. I am not exaggerating when I say I’ll book this same hotel tomorrow night and whenever I have business in the area. Thank you to the front desk and the rest of the staff! The only issue was a small leak underneath the sink, but when I reported it, the maintenance guys arrived quickly, asked permission before tightening the plastic p-trap, and the leak stopped. They must get paid well because they’re taking care of business.
