The staff’s way of communicating is disappointing. They keep giving you the runaround, making up excuses, and taking their time sending the invoice, only to then call you rude yourself. I will never stay at this hotel again!

The kindness of the hosts. The food excellent. The adaptation to my requests.

Courtesy, welcome and staff availability. Cleanliness. The décor is a bit dated but fits the “traditional” style of the property.

The staff were friendly, the air conditioning worked well, and the location was convenient, but there weren't many options for breakfast.
