The location is close to Paddington and the end of Oxford Street, with several options nearby. The room was clean, the shower good, the beds comfortable and warm, the temperature perfect, and there were no issues. Complete silence—great for families or anyone sensitive to noise. The cleaning staff were very attentive. The luggage storage worked well on the last day. The reception handled parcels and delivered everything without problems. The elevator was poorly functioning, taking a long time to close and not responding well. There were insufficient power outlets: only one power strip with four sockets in a room that had four beds. The luggage storage had no formal responsibility: bags were left in a single room with no supervision, all based on trust.

“Overall, a great location with easy access to London’s main attractions, although the room could use some improvements.”

The spot is fantastic, just a stone’s throw from Paddington Station, so you can get to almost every major London attraction in minutes. The room felt a little cramped, putting the bathroom right next to the bed; even with the door shut there was a faint odor from the drain.
