The location was perfect, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean, yet the coffee pot in the room didn’t work correctly and some toiletries were empty.

The room was tidy and the facilities were in good shape, but the food prices were steep and some of the staff didn’t offer much help.

I was thrilled with the customer service and how smooth the check‑in and check‑out were, and the whole place looked spotless and well‑organized. The only downside was that my room was directly in front of the elevators on the floor just above the entrance, so I could only see the top of the canopy and had to endure people walking through the hallway at odd hours, lugging luggage and laughing loudly.

The location was convenient and the property stayed clean, yet the hotel bar shut down too early and the site was a bit farther from the main entertainment street.
