How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The venue is great, breakfast is excellent, and the restaurant is perfect for dinner. The reception staff weren’t very friendly during check‑in and service. Also, it’s odd that there’s a paid wellness area. We went to relax, but the restaurant terrace was below our room’s terrace, where drunken guests were still shouting and partying past midnight.

The air conditioning didn’t work, probably because it was centrally shut off. The bathtub was very small; a shower cabin would have been better.

In the heart of Donovaly, everything is just a few minutes away, the bed is comfortable, and the on‑site restaurant is good. The hotel feels a bit dark, and the lamps work oddly.

No drama. The stairwell was dark, and the glass was so dark you could fall off the stairs.
