Everything was perfect. Cristian in the lobby was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, but the bars had no cocktail menu, which is unusual for a Punta Cana hotel and would improve the experience.

the food was excellent, although not all of the restaurants are open every day, we wanted to repeat the sushi one our last night and it was closed, but all of them are very good. it doesn't have a casino, and some of the staff is waiting for you to give them tips regarding of the service, there were some others who were amazing, kind and not waiting any tips

The resort is gorgeous and the food is tasty, but it’s understaffed; the crew works hard but sometimes took 30 minutes to bring a drink to the pool.
