Everything was wonderful, the sea was nearby, the apartment had all the necessities and more, and the location was good; it was suitable for a family of three or four. However, the check‑in on Booking was very late, and the check‑out was earlier than expected.

The spot is perfect, right next to the sea, restaurants, and a small shop. The apartment was recently renovated, the bathroom is brand new and very nice! This was our second visit and we loved it! The garden is also great for relaxing and our dog enjoyed it too! The owner/housekeeper is kind and helpful, and you can reach him easily if you need anything. Thanks for another great stay!

The apartment is just wonderful, very spacious, convenient, and has everything needed for a comfortable long stay. There is a private garden, grill, and sea view. The location is also great, 3 minutes to the promenade. The nearest beach is 7 minutes on foot. If you have a car, you can visit several beautiful semi‑long beaches. Absolutely nothing negative. Everything was perfect.

The owner was not punctual—there was only a short time slot for checking‑in, even though we had already informed them of our arrival time—and got really loud about a misunderstanding (we, two friends, chose the apartment because it showed two extra beds/bedrooms—we should have clarified we needed two beds when booking). This was something we had never experienced before. We didn’t feel welcome at all! Luckily the next apartments in Rabac and Labin were super nice and the staff was welcoming and friendly.
