The self‑service breakfast selection was wide, the pools were not crowded, and the balcony was nice. However, the room was cramped – we booked a double but received a room of the same size as a triple, with only one table and one chair, a small bathroom, and the toilet seat was unsuitable and kept moving – they couldn't fix it, and the showers were crowded. It isn’t suitable for disabled or mobility‑impaired guests because there are only stairs.

I didn't like the cleanliness of the room and bathroom; there was stone in the shower cabin and on the tiles, so they need to improve the hygiene, but everything else was fine.
