How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place is well‑located with a metro and train station nearby, and the host responds immediately. However, there’s a lot of surrounding noise, the apartment smells odd when you arrive, and the room was just okay for a couple of nights.

The proximity to Tiburtina station and the large desk are positives. The cleaning was somewhat rough in a few areas, there was no bidet, a different room than the one shown was assigned, and the overall feel of the place is quite basic.

The spot is close to Tiburtina train and metro stations, which made moving around easier. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work.

The location was great and the owner was helpful, but there was no air conditioning or it was broken, the room was very small and the door was not reinforced.

The property sat close to the Tiburtina FS station, which made moving around central Rome easy. I chose to stay here because the listing mistakenly listed a “private parking” filter, which was misleading since the hotel itself has no private parking, though there are several private lots nearby where you can keep a car indoors. The bathroom also had a problem: both shower heads leaked and the floor flooded each time.
