The owner is extremely friendly and cooperative, but the price‑value ratio is off. The inn is part of a commercial building complex that grew “like on the meadow” between Grasbrunn (about 1 km from the town centre) and Putzbrunn (about 2 km away). There is no public transport. The rooms on the first floor above the commercial halls only have roof windows, so the inn lacks atmosphere – a night for one person costs 155 € in city prices, unless the Oktoberfest justifies it. On top of that, the bathroom ventilation makes a disturbing noise.

Everything was very new and well maintained. There is no air conditioning, which makes hot nights unbearable… we could hardly sleep. The windows were only a mini Velux window.
