The hotel was very clean, the restaurant was tasty and generous, the manager speaks French, and the breakfast was simple and efficient! The price is very reasonable for a hotel less than 10 minutes from Europapark. We will return without hesitation on our next park visit 🥰 On the downside, you can hear people passing in the hallway, which can be a bit disturbing in the evening, especially when you want to rest 😴 And there was just a missing small bottle of water. Otherwise everything was perfect 🥰

The staff were friendly and clearly put a lot of effort into their work, but staying in the family room with four other people in summer was unbearable – the tiny fan did little, and the window couldn’t be fully opened, so airflow was almost nonexistent, making that single night intolerable and rendering the family room unsuitable for summer visits.
