Walking distance from Tiburtina station and close to Bologna metro, so all major sights are quick to reach; the staff was friendly and helpful; luggage storage before check‑in and after check‑out; the interior design is nice; there’s a rooftop breakfast option, though we chose a local Italian bar on the way to Bologna metro for breakfast instead; good value for money.

The building was kept fairly well, but the cleaning, especially in the bathroom, wasn’t spotless; the hotel was noisy, and you can hear everything from room to room.

They greeted us with smiles, everything was very comfortable and clean, highly recommended; the only downside was the tourist tax you have to pay, which I guess everyone does, but it was the least I liked.

The staff was excellent, the rooftop breakfast seating was a brilliant idea, and the view was superb; it would have been nice to have a buffet‑style breakfast so you could see all the options.
