Excellent location right in the historic center, I liked that it was personalized and there were always people around for anything 24 hours. The room was nice, and the service was fantastic. I liked everything.

The location is outstanding—right in the center of Catania—with high cleanliness standards, full amenities, and comfortable beds. Everyone may have small flaws to improve, but this place offers such adequate accommodation with a remarkable price‑quality ratio that it would be inappropriate to find a better option.

The spot is spot‑on, every attraction just a stroll away, and the old‑world vibe of the building was a big draw for us. The only downside was the stairs we had to climb up and down, but that gave us a bit of exercise. I appreciated how tidy the place was and the sense of a well‑preserved historic building. The staff were fantastic, helping us all the way to the end and even lugging our bags down the stairs when we checked out, plus the 24‑hour availability was a real bonus.

Everything about the place really hit the mark for me, especially the staff. Every single person was incredibly helpful, patient, and courteous. When we realized we’d left our bag at the airport, the team went out of their way to help us retrieve it, staying patient with us and sharing our joy when we finally found it. I’m deeply grateful for their extraordinary assistance and warmth. Thanks for a wonderful stay and outstanding service!
