This boutique hotel feels cozy and tucked away in a quiet spot, though the bathroom’s tub requires stepping down to shower, and the menu could use more options. The staff are always eager to help, which is a major plus. The only downside is the tub and the missing hand shower.

The rooms are nice, quiet and relaxing, surrounded by plenty of greenery. The only issue is the short access road, which worries you at first but becomes harmless once you’re inside.

This hidden gem in a jungle setting is so peaceful; unless you have a scooter, it’s a taxi ride to the beach or town, which reception can easily arrange. The cabins are gorgeous, the food delicious, and the staff are lovely and very helpful.
