The room was lovely with beautiful photos, the bar area was a nice spot to sit, and it was very dog‑friendly.

The old hotel has a fascinating history, sits next to the train station, and even had a washing machine in the kitchen; however, there was a musty odor, the bathroom taps were old, and the kitchen lacked utensils and a microwave at least.

It looks great from the outside, but the interior feels like it’s still stuck in the 19th century.
