The room was clean and tidy, but the location near the main public transport station can get noisy, especially when you’re in the adjacent rooms.
The place offers great value for money and surpassed expectations; the food was tasty and affordable. I’ll definitely choose this hotel whenever I’m in Nakuru, thanks to the welcoming staff. Janet gave a thorough briefing and was very helpful. The only issue was that the shower took a long time to heat up, so that should be checked.

The hotel was spotless, the breakfast scrumptious, and everything else was great. Coming from Njoro, I didn't expect such a beautiful place in Nakuru, and I plan to stay here every time I travel. I've already told my family about it and they’re looking forward to staying there. The only downside was unavoidable noise from the matatus early in the morning.
