Located right in the city center, helpful staff and an owner who truly runs a family hotel, perfect breakfast, a great restaurant, an excellent wine list, and convenient parking—all everything was just fine.

The breakfast was normally only available from 8 am, but because of a long departure we asked for an earlier meal and they obliged; even the buffet was set up, which we hadn’t expected. The hosts were friendly. The beds were too soft, and when we asked for an extra pillow they didn’t provide one. The windows didn’t block traffic noise, so the room was quite loud. Many small things were missing, and the bathroom had a cheap shampoo that many guests had already used. The shower hose fell off, and the water took forever to heat up. The heaters didn’t work. Overall it was rather disappointing.

The room was very small and the access was especially inconvenient. I had headaches all night. Essential items that should be in a hotel were missing. Who gave them a three‑star rating!? The price was inflated with no justification.

The location was great. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was super well prepared. Nothing else.
