How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel's cleanliness was a major plus - my room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. However, the check-out process was a bit of a nightmare. When it was time to leave, I discovered that the stairs were inaccessible and the elevator was packed, making it difficult to get a ride. It was a bit frustrating, but the cleanliness of the room made up for it to some extent.

The location was perfect, and I loved the extra touches like face creams and cleansers in the bathroom. They even provided pajamas, which was a nice surprise. The staff were super helpful, but unfortunately, the air conditioning and fridge in our room didn't work. We were a bit cramped in the double room, which would have been fine for one person, but it was a squeeze for two.
