The location was good, the room was bright, newly renovated, and well‑cleaned, with tasteful furnishings. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very helpful. The only downside was the lack of a TV, which was a drawback given the limited entertainment options in the room.
The room was very well maintained, spotless, with a comfortable bed and a coffee machine available. Check‑in was easy, and the host was very accommodating and friendly. The street was a bit busy, but the room was well sound‑proofed from outside.

The double room was very cozy, spotless, and spacious, with all the comforts including pod coffee. The bathroom had a modern, nice shower. Dinner options are limited because there are several restaurants within a 3‑minute walk. For breakfast, several bars are available, even one just 10 meters away that is well stocked and very nice. The manager was ready for any need and very friendly. I highly recommend staying at this B&B in Bologna.
