I liked being able to use the pool whenever I wanted and the restaurant inside the hotel. The dinner set menu didn’t impress me, and I wish the pool were also open at night.

The location was fantastically convenient, right on the shore and in the middle of town. The building feels a bit dated and the pool is basically just a kiddie paddling pool.

My grandchildren had a great time and say they’ll want to come back; both dinner and breakfast were delicious and the service was excellent. The inn’s shuttle bus to the station was really helpful. It would have been good to know ahead of booking that the outdoor pool was closed, and I was disappointed that I couldn’t buy a yukata.
