“In our top 3 of Best Holidays Ever.”
A perfect mountain escape. The service was superb, the traditional breakfast excellent, and the 5/6‑course gourmet meal with half‑board was outstanding. The spa area and views were amazing, and the hotel’s easy access to cable cars and walks added to the charm. It’s a family‑run place that feels both friendly and exclusive, a rare combination that the close‑knit, hardworking team has achieved. The only downside was the lack of a kettle and herbal tea bags in the room, and the shower attachment in our ensuite kept moving from its position when placed in the overhead unit – a small detail I didn’t bother to report at the time, but I’m sure they would have fixed it immediately.
